Barrel mounted M203 question?

Yes, although I own the classic army launcher which has been great.Very similar. I have not seen any brands really be troublesome. All they really are is a piece of pipe to guide the payload plus a mechanism to engage the shell primer. I like the QD mount as you can readily move it from gun to gun to stand alone mount without much fuss.

Which would you recommend for a M4 with the longer carbine barrel?

We have an m4 and the longer launcher. The launcher looks and works just fine on the m4. Get what you prefer as the bbl length does not really effect the fps as it does with the rifle. My personal choice is the longer one. Go up to ASONW if you can and see what floats your boat.

Where'd you get an M320? The AGX?
