motor problem. i could use some help

Postby Zepher » Fri Dec 30, 2011 4:13 pm

Ive treid to find a solution online but cannot find a problem i find to be similar.

i have a kwa m4a1 that is making a much different sound when i fire it then it use to. there seems to be a weird whirring noise as the gun fires and the rpm of the gun is noticeably lower.

The gun is stalk except a 6.03 mm barrel and a deans connector. The gun worked long after these changes were made.

The gun still seems to work properly(outside of the drop in rpm) but there is an obvious problem.

I have tired to adjust the motor height but i cant get any change.

any help would be much appreciated. the gun hasn't been used outside of test fires in about 9-12 months and im looking to rejoin the field and need to fix up my gun.
Its not nessecarily about the size of the dog in the fight but about the size of the fight in the dog~~

Take it to an airsmiths. There could.be any number if issues ranging from no motor height plate to whims loose in the gearbox.

Also try a different, freshly charged battery. RPM is usually mostly.affected by the battery. It could be old and worn out, or just need a charge. If it does the same thing with a new battery then it's something internally. That could be something wrong with the wires, a failed bearing/bushinh
