KWA KM4 HELP!

I need help with my KWA KM4. It was working fine untill a few days later. It now will only shoot two bullets at a time and at give or take FPS. I understand that this could be an issue with the hopup bit it is not. I looked at it myself and even took it in and they said that it wasnt. Could it possibly be a dead battery because I have been unable to fully charge it. Please help! Thanks.

How long did you charge that battery for...?

And what does it sound like while shooting? Normally or does it sound like the battery is low on power?

It is a lipo battery and shoots 30+ bps normally,but since I have been having problems it slowed down. Currently my battery wont charge so Im probably going to wind up buying a new one.
