Explain the A&K SR-25k gearbox

Postby Grease » Thu Jun 21, 2012 12:30 pm

Google as usual is providing all kinds of contradictory info.

Exactly what type of gearbox is used in the A&K SR-25k? I'm trying to figure out if the Polar Star Fusion Engine would be compatible with mine... I know it's a V2, but opinions differ on whether or not it's a long version.

I don't know if it's all SR gear boxes but I can tell you the JG is hell to work on. I haven't opened my A&K yet. Yes I have both.

A&K is a V2 long type, so a Polar Star will not work.
