Thinking of using Lucas gun oil for lubricating my aeg. Good idea or bad? Also what other lubes are out there that are "top of the line"?
When in doubt, empty the mag.

What part of your gun are you referring to lubricating?

Mech box minus the gears, barrel, critical mag areas. Basicly seeking an alternative to standard silicone. I have a can of silicone spray in my chemicals area for working on cars and I keep staring at it thinking "I am supposed to maintain my g36 with the same product I lube shift cables and door hinges?". Just seems wrong.
When in doubt, empty the mag.
