To answer your question OP, you'll be unhappy with all three choices. To meet your accuracy requirements, you're going to need most field's maximum of 400 fps (1.5J), if you believe physics over marketing. At 150 ft, even a .30g bb will drop a foot in perfect conditions:

It's a myth that tightbore barrels are more accurate. A cheap Chinese-made chrome-plated brass 6.01 barrel will not outperform a stock Tokyo Marui 6.10 barrel. Straightness of bore and polish are more important.
From the three you've listed, the G&G is probably the best, but that's not saying much and the electric blowback will be cool for about ten minutes before it starts to annoy you. It has no other purpose besides being tacticool.
