I think it was dboys or A&K that was doing one. I don't remember which factory/company but I did see factory pictures of the prototype and it wasn't E1

Its vaporware since we can't buy it. They had a picture of the 8mm CQBR at a show, but we still haven't seen that ;)

I saw that too.

I also saw a "Coming Fall 2009" poster with an M240 in it from E1 :( . They need to distribute this already, unless it's a TH rebrand then shazaam that. But, very old news.

Dboys was going to be the OEM on that. At this point though, I think your better off buying a VFC if you've been waiting for a clone SCAR-H to come out.

actually dboys was making that one and it's still planned for release. Keep in mind the crackdown in china is still affecting some of these releases.

Yea, those pictures are almost two years old though. Pretty slow release IMHO.

Well given the fact that dboys was completely shut down and molds destroyed it still takes time and the chinese government is still not letting up. So we will see what eventually happens.

From the looks of the ammo box it appears to be a copy of the Trigger Happy M240. God I hope so. That means I might be able to buy spare ammo boxes for my M240.

The picture is on the Echo-1 web site. I think a lot of projects were put on hold because most of the airsoft manufactures in China were temporarily shut down about a while back. I think everything is finally back up to speed now and all those projects that were put on hold are starting to come to the forefront again.
