Quick question, Do you just want to use a lipo because it's cool and all the other guys are doing it or is there actually a reason? You can run a 10.8v NiMH and see little difference in rate of fire and not have to concern yourself with safety issues with your battery.

For $600 you might consider either 1) buying a Magpul PTS ACR or 2) Getting a KWA

There's absolutely no reason besides the ROF. I am simply looking at it as an option. =)

Or theres how they're more efficient, smaller, lighter, and all around better batteries. AS long as you use common sense, you really shouldn't have problems with lipo's. I don't treat them with any more care than I did my old Nimh batteries and I haven't had any problems whatsoever.
