Seriously? We can have a G&G vs Dboys debate forever. It's just a damn starter gun. Both will do the job for you. I had an ECHO1 mp5k for my starter, people will tell you it's a shit gun, but it was my starter and it did it's job.

Those are really all the things I'm looking for... I would like to purchase this from Airsoft GI or Airsoft Outlet NW.

When you are talking a full length barrel , do you mean as in m-16 full length? I have CA m-4 and m-16 (AR15a4) the longer length has an edge velocity and distance wise. The newer CA are hard to beat ( not the sportline)

Well, i'm gonna keep it going 
I looked around for a dboy m4 online, and only found a couple places that sell it. They had one with a box mag and accessories, and other "packages". Is there some place i could look and find a basic RIS dboy m4?

Give them a call and see if they know when they'll get it back in stock. That's where I've purchased mine from. They have issues with electronic communication (updating website, and answering emails). I've never had an issue with them when I picked up the phone and called.
