I am not going to insult you or anything, but tappet plate? He did say it was a glock, and if it's an ebb/aep then okay, but tappet plate?

Big_Red wrote:If by AEG, you mean AEP or EBB, then yes it could be an AEG, and therefore a tappet plate of some sort i guess could be broken. Like I said, I wasn't insulting him. Just cuz never heard anyone mention a tappet plate in an AEP/whatever doesn't mean it doesn't exist.Chairmanlao wrote:Its now broken. Well, I think it's broken.

My god did ANYONE actualy read the O.P.
Holly f***ing shit, dudes got a busted tappet plate. Turn the gun over with no mag in it, use a flashlight and see if the nozzle is moving back and forth while it is fireing. if it is not then it is a tappet plate, if it is then it MAY be a tappet plate or it could be mis timed ( gears in but wrong position.)
If its a Tappet plate it should cost no more than $30-$40 to have someone open it up, install the tappetplate, relube and clean everything for you,
Make sure you have someone competent do it.
