Right,
So I'm trying to build/buy a custom crane stock battery that's 9.6V, and decent mah. I have considered the route of trying to get a Systema style, which is similar to a nunchuck battery, but designed for their crane stocks.
So my question is this: how wide/long are the side tubes on a crane stock?
I know that if I can find the inner dimensions, I can work out the math to have a nunchuck/nunchuck style battery in my crane stock instead of trying to jam all the damn wires somewhere in the buffer tube and only be able to have the stock in the fully extended length.
On another note, if any of you guys have used nunchucks in your crane stocks, what is the largest type of cell that you've been able to fit in there? Sub-C, 4/5 Sub-C, etc.?
Any help is appreciated.
