Is the CYMA CM048M a ECHO 1 RED STAR AKM?

Also, what does Echo 1 do to CYMA guns to make the $20.00 more? Besides warranty.

Pretty much all of Echo1's AK's are re-branded CYMA AEG's. The additional $20 you spend on an Echo1 is for the warranty and stateside parts support.
