My gun only makes a click.

I have MP5 i bought 2 weeks ago and when i shoot it only makes a click?? Battery is fully charged and everything. What is wrong?

Define click is just like a click of like a light switch? I am thinking the gears are jammed somehow, or the motor might be seized. Could you also include specs like what brand etc.

Its a double eagle and it just wont shoot it sounds like it trys but wont.

That leads me to beleive its either a jammed gearbox, weak motor, or weak battery. I would take it apart and see how the gearbox is shimmed and check for any binding as a first step.

How will i know if there is something wrong with the gearbox?

when you take it apart it make sure to keep all the stock shimming in place and remove the piston cylinder etc. and turn the gears they should all move smoothly with no binding or grinding.

If it's a Double Eagle their very well might not be a standard gearbox. Be careful when you are taking it apart. If you break or lose anything chances are you won't be able to find a replacement.
