Postby Strikerz » Sun Jan 09, 2011 7:50 pm

So i just bought the GR-15 and it has blowback, but from what ive heard blow back can lead to problems. So does it cause any problems? and if so how should i disable it.

i have 2 and neither of them have caused me any trouble what so ever due to the blowback. and to disable it, i believe you need a new gearbox cause theres a little hole on top of the box that lines up with a small hole on the cylinder that produces the pressure needed to operate the blowback

The G&G Blowback shouldn't give you any issues. They've been super reliable from what I've seen.

nobody would care at all. The LIMIT is 400 on aeg. there is no minimum. I went to one with an m4 i had got that was shooting 180 fps because of a dried up o ring on the piston and it still performed fine.

it was at sniperz den so i just camped around the town and shot people who got to close to our buildings. second half i swapped to my ics sig 551 shooting 330 and it was way better but as long as it shoots you can get hits. you just gotta find the right spots to be in.

Can't really argue with that.

I appreciate the help, i have one more question, its rear wired, and i would like something other than a crane stock, so can you wire it to the front?

That's what i do but make sure you slap some tape or something on the back before the game or else dirt can get in and mess up you battery.

We were talking about crane stock batteries, not buffer tube batteries.

I've never had a problem with any sort of full stock, or crane stock battery, and I would actually recommend them seeing as they take weight away from the front of your gun, which makes it a little easier to shoulder quickly.
