Battery/ charger question

So i got my AEG and was going to invest in a smart charger, but then thought, are there any cons of using the plain wall charger that it comes with other than the fact it doesnt regulate whether or not your battery is charged?

the wall charger it comes with is usually poop, buy a new battery and a new smart charger, youll be much happier with your airsoft gun.
