Magazines

Postby Muskrat » Sun Mar 06, 2011 12:56 am

I have read countless threads about what magazine works in KWA m4s. It seems like every review written has one the counters it.

I am looking for LOW and REAL cap magazines. Any advice?

I have a KWA and the Magpul P-mag M Versions work fantastically. I've had some trouble with the Star Pmags, the cheapo ones, but those were the old version and apparently they have gotten better.

My chinaman mags from Riddick worked in a KWA (IIRC). They've fit into a bunch of other guns too. Plus, they have a U shaped feeder so they don't get jammed, they are metal, and they are CHEAP! 120 rounds, but you can download them to how ever many you want (I usually put ~90 in).

I can supply 30rd ones as well. Works in every gun we've put them in

I know for a fact that MAG, S-Arms and green label P-Mags work (the PTS ones have not worked in either of my KWAs)

I hear Riddick's metal mags work, and even though I've bought some I still haven't had a chance to try them out so I can't yet personally confirm that, though that should soon change.

I have a KWA 2gx M4A1 and these work in it flawlessly.

G&G mags fit in my friend's KWA. They're a bit tight though. They don't fall out when you press the mag release. You have to pull them out.

I have a Gen1 KWA M16 that is extremely picky about midcap mags. The only mids it will take are S-Arms. I recently picked up a KWA SR-10 as a backup, and it has taken any midcap mag I have tried (S-Arms, MAG 100/Mag 130/G&P, Echo1, King Arms).

My KWA 2GX does not feed with MAG plastic midcaps. I will most likely invest in PMags because I can get a box set of them for pretty cheap.

Riddick, where can I buy your mags?
