Spr mod1 delta ring trouble?

Hey guys, the delta ring that attatches the RIS on my A&K/DBOYS SPR MOD1 m16 has not been coming off. I have no idea why. Im not quite sure if its a ccw or cw thread in the first place. Please post suggestions on how to get it off it would be much appreciated.
