BOL Matrix charging issue

Postby Night_Stocker » Fri Jul 27, 2012 2:35 pm

So, I just got these in the mail:
http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/airsoft/Batteries_11_1_V_Batteries_G_P_11_1v_1200mAh_20C_Li_Poly_Rechargeable_Battery_Big_Deans_T_Connector.htm
http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/airsoft/Accessories_Chargers_BOL_Matrix_Charger_for_Lilon_LiPo_Lithium_Polymer_LiFe_Nich_MiMH_w_US_2_Pin_Plug.htm

now, I went through the entire manual they gave me, did all the instructions they told me, and even made a few blind shots in the dark in the vain hope of stumbling on a solution.
despite the efforts, when I press the button to charge my battery all I get is a "abnormal volt" display and the only option is to abort the charge. After looking through the manual, I have no idea what's wrong.

EDIT: can anybody help me in this endeavor, or am I just SOL?
If $400,000 a year is low-class, I'm totally f***ed.

take a pic of your set up, and the display and post it here it might be just user error but also broken goods sent from over seas is not unheard of

I think the issue just resolved itself. for some reason, my cheaper charger charged my battery enough to work with the Matrix. It's odd, but I guess it worked.
