Classic Army Sportline HK416

Postby laggard » Sat Nov 03, 2012 1:36 pm

Alright, I already checked google, but for the life of me I cannot find this gun, http://airsoft.tiger111hk.com/Airsoft-G ... _info.html, in stock. I know you guys said get the SOCOMGear of some type, but this would be a gun for my dad to use, (I would probably end up using it more, but this way he would have an AEG). Any help would be greatly appreciated, because the 416 is one of the few guns my dad and I both really like.

I don't think CA makes it any more. Your best bet for getting a 416 would be a VFC or G&G/Top Tech. You might be able to find a Dboys as well, but I was unable to locate one when I was looking a few months ago.

Check out the JG 614 (Can't call it a 416, H&K gets mad). I've used one for years, and it's my favorite aeg. My only complaints are the clips on the buttpad (They always seem to break.) I'd also suggest replacing the barrel, h-nub and bucking.

You also might be able to convince him to get a railed M4. As far as I know, the only real differences (airsoft-wise) between the 416 and the M4 is that the 416 has a particular stock and a particular rail. If he's detached from the rail and sights, you could mock one up.

I like this idea, not Horribly expensive. That is a huge plus for me

EDIT: The JG ones do not have the correct stock. I might just upgrade the hell out of a combat machine for him.

The only ones I can find have a full stock or a Standard LE style stock. <---- Both are the wrong setup

They even have the replacement front sight http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=3947 Way cooler than the flip up.

Since the rear sights aren't flip up... It won't cause any problems, that don't already exist.
