KWA SR12 battery issues.

My main battery 11.1v 2200 mah 25c does just fine with the gun. Shoots normal and everything. How ever when I plug my back up batteries (Good 9.6 1600 mah) all I get is a clicking noise with no fire. I have used these batteries in the past with no problems but for some reason they wont work with this gun. I'm wondering if using the strong lipo could have messed something up on the inside. What are your thoughts of the problem?

In my (admittedly limited) experience, clicking in an AEG means arcing somewhere. How are the connectors on your batteries?

The connections on the batteries are good. Only like 3 maybe 4 months old and honestly very little use due to having 5 batteries that are 9.6. I also checked each battery in my G&G 416 and it fires up just fine. I tried each battery in the SR12 and nothing but a click. But when the lipo goes in it runs fine.

Have you looked at the trigger contact?

No I haven't looked just because my Lipo battery works in the gun just not the other 5 weaker batteries.

Talked to my team mates and showed them what my gun was doing. They had no idea either on why only my 11.1 lipo battery would work the gun but not the others. Still needing ideas. Seems like its a$$ backwards as for what battery it would use and not the other.

Do you run a MOSFET with your lipo? I still would look at the trigger contact. My guess it will be a little worn from the lipo and the non lipo batteries don't have enough umph to get through the trigger. I had that happen on my vfc ran a lipo for a bit and fried my trigger contacts.
