Question about the use of the KJW M700 gas sniper rifle

I have a question about using the M700 in OPs, don't know where else to post this.

If a standard Bolt-Action has a 500fps limit in most fields, does the M700 sniper rifle count as bolt-action?

You still have to pull back the bolt to release the bb, but it uses a gas system to fire.

Would I be able to use this at events as a sniper? Or is it off limits?

As long as the rifle is unable to fire multiple rounds without manipulating an action, it is considered a bolt action. This also applies to pump action (single bb) shotguns.

You get lots of FPSes! just use heavy BBs or all that extra energy dies in a hurry.

you are going to LOVE your rifle, when upgraded at least, i use washed madbull .4's and goldenball .3's
stuff is amazing fully upgraded!
