Sniper rifle help?

I have a sniper rifle with a upgraded spring, it worked for about a year then on my last trip to seatac... it stopped feed correctly/ at all.
I tried cleaning, I tried changing the spring to original, and I am beginining to think that it's the mag not feeding but I don't have any idea how to.

1. fix a spring rifle mag
2. eliminate the feed problem
3. figure out the origin of said problem

any help would be appreciated and I will... give you a BIG hug
at first I thought shooting people with BB guns was violent, cruel, and demeening to the loser.
I later found out that it is all of that and much more.
