I want to make the best bolt action sniper for outdoor?

I need some help on making a rifle with amazing fps and accuracy. What do I need to do? Btw I know I will end up spending a more money on the part, accesories, etc. then the gun itself.

Save up hundreds and hundreds of dollars, learn your stock weapon and be able to make the smallest tweaks without trouble.

Also if you are going to be a sniper, consider your style of play as well as what kind of budget you have. I used to want to be a bolt-action sniper as well, but I realized I have way more fun with an M4.
I talk too much.

Stock sniper rifles require tons of modifications just to be great, let alone "The best".

Don't be surprised when you spend a lot more money and time on the gun then you do buying and using the gun.

Here's the rub: If you had the capacity to use a highly modified gun, you'd know the process and parts needed to highly modify your gun. Also, a simple search on this site will show at least three viable configurations. I checked. The search feature is an OTHER user friendly option besides than the "Submit" button.
