Although I love the reliability of spring guns in the cold, this could be good for those of us who have the version 1 SVD with the crappy sear.

I like it, but I dunno about the inconsistency of the shots - I mean, he had one below chrono limit, then a couple or three above the limit, then one at 550...
I hope there is a little more room for adjusting the pressure so it can hold a steady reading. If so, this idea friggin rawks.

They're already avalible too. Price is a bit steeper than i expected, but I think my SVD deserves it.

That price is more than reasonable.

Might have to build an SVD now..

Do you have to totally take it down again to swap out the Co2 cartridge?

Hey Vaughn, you should let us all know how you like it once you get one. I've put off getting one because of the lack of reliable reviews of it. Aslo, I want to know for sure if it can be modified for HPA before I buy one.

Interesting. I agree--the velocity is pretty inconsistent. Neat idea, though.

I wonder how many shot per CO2 cartridge?

I was merely asking because it seems impractical to have to take out all those small, easily losable pieces in the field.

But if you would have payed attention then you would have realized that your question was already answered. If you can find a way to replace a piece that is inside the internals without taking apart the internals, then you are a god who can bend space and time.

Just sayin'.

Yah Chief and I will try it out and chrono it. Maybe we can get Matt to help us do a video if it actually works. I'm assuming summertime FPS is going to be way too hot with C02...we shall see
