What guns do they mostly rebrand? from what I've seen the internals of it, and the closest thing (Javelin) look preeeeety different. Also shoots different, different clip insert location and some other things
pseudoanimosity wrote:Half the video on it was talking about how it wasn't a rebranded Javelin Gun Works M24. It seems like a pretty solid platform, but do you have any idea what barrel it comes with? The reason I ask is it might be cheaper to buy a socom gear r700, and make it a project gun.
Would it be under 175$ to get it shooting 520fps though? even without the bipod and threaded adapter? I don't know too much about snipers so im not sure if that would be hard with a socom r700, but the barrel length is 495mm if thats what your asking, if you mean quality im sure it's just like any other stock sniper in the price range. Just a brass 6.08 - 6.1 +/-

I haven't gotten to really test it yet as I can only get about 80' in my backyard, but it seems to shoot straight at that distance. I'll be able to get some longer distance testing when I make it out to a game.
The only bump so far is that the hop can be a bit inconsistent, but I've only put about 150 shots through it
good to hear someones got it and liked it so far somewhat. by inconsistent do you mean sometimes it doesn't hop at all? or you mean it strays? Anyways I wonder if a firefly bucking would work or whatever snipers use

Just tihnk that with a good bucking, heavy weight bbs and a polished barrel you could probably have a really decent snipe for the price tag, thats what i'm mainly aiming for if i buy it..which I most likely will (I needed a backup anyway, and a spring powered seems like a good way to go)
