Start by getting just the bare minimum... the rig, and mag pouches, and maybe one extra... then play a game, then add more if you find you need a new pouch... If you buy it all and then figure out that it's too heavy, you can't sell it back. And trust us, no matter the weight of your gun, your gear will be heavy. Heavier still the first time you get wet (which you WILL get wet in the Pacific NW) My gear alone has weighed up to 25 pounds... and I striped if down to the approximately 8 pounds it is now.
If you can't run a full day's worth of airsoft in your gear with your riffle then it wasn't worth the $25 you spent to play and the extra money you spend on the gear you won't play in...
And you may want to consider getting more than just 3 mag pouches... I know right now that seems like enough, but the first time you go out to a mid-cap only game you'll realize that 3 is not enough mags.

The triple mag pouch holds 2 in each slot so 6 mags. I had an old vest which I stuck a lot of stuff in including my glock. So If I upgrade it will be fine. The weight will be able to get used too.
