Pantac ciras sizing/molle rows

Hi, I have a few questions about pantac ciras's.
1. Can i buy a pantac ciras from out of the us?

2. I'm a small guy and i noticed that the pantac ciras maritime in small has 6x6 molle rows in the front. Are all pantac ciras's 6x6? I really want a 7x8 row in front so i can have 4 m4 pouches in the front. So does anyone know if a pantac ciras maritime in medium will have 7x8 rows or will it have 6x6 rows as well?

That's a Land CIRAS on evike.
you can get them in a variety of colors on airsoftsmith.com too. I don't remember if they carry the Mar-Ciras too.
