About 8 months ago i was running every day during the week. at games during the weekend i used the condor MOPC with 3l water 6 mags in front 2 pistol mags on week and 4 m4 mags on strong. I also carried a knockoff serpa and when i wasnt running a m4 i was running a saw which at the time was like 15 lbs, or 4 times the weight of the m4. I could out run and out last all the other guys my size on the field. dispute the fact that i was still way heavy.
I don't know your excercise habits, but id you want to go fast the work out, if you are really looking for a small loadout then build this

It's always good to be in shape, and I will admit that I do more lifting than running. I'm working on it. But I'm still humping around at least 20 lbs more than anyone else, so it is a big problem, because most of them are built smaller than I am.
