Quick and stupid CIRAS question.

I'm honestly ashamed of myself for asking this, but I tried to find my own answers and failed.

The Eagle CIRAS, particularly the Land version, will accept BALCS inserts and ballistic plates. Now, the dumb question: Does that mean that it will accept both at the same time, or it will take one or the other?

As soon as I get an answer you can slash and burn this thread, but my google skills failed me.
