Milsim load-out?

So i've been into airsofting for a few years now and kinda wanna take it into a different direction and start playing Milsim. I've skimmed through some of the pages on AP and looked around on Google, And didn't find a lot of helpful info for my situation.

Anyways, I'm just looking to get some gear that is needed for a Basic US Milsim load-out, Again, If you guys can give some suggestions or help on what gear i should be looking at, and maybe where i can find some of it. Thanks for the help.

There is no "Basic US milsim loadout" considering every branch of the US military has different kit.
Pick an impression, then people can help you with it.

I was thinking maybe a SEAL loadout.. Or do i have to specify more since there is multiple teams? Sorry kinda new to this whole Milsim thing.
