I really want to see what these guys are aiming at or if their just posing. also on the 4th picture down, what's the tannish box on his head? Some sort of NVG battery?

The box on top is an MS2000 IR/Vis strobe, and the one on the bottom is (I believe) an LRPB battery box for an ANVIS 6 NOD mount.

Looks almost like the Eagle medical waist pack thingy..cant remember proper nomenclature. Might be too wide though..

The Petzel will be brighter. Maybe he only wanted the IR on the Surefire but yeah that is a bit strange.

Eagle Gasmask pouches are a totally different design - the Eagle ones sit vertical as opposed to horizontal like Blackhawk ones (if that makes sense).

Nope...some Eagle Industries gas mask pouches attach horizontally.
Maybe the latest ones mount vertically or something.
