ID some Kit

I'm trying to figure out what chest rig the sniper this video is wearing. From what I can see of the front it looks almost like a Pantac MPS, but it looks too open in the back (almost like an H-Harness with a battle belt?) The lighting is pretty bad and most of the shots are from the back, so I can't quite ID it but it looks like a pretty slick setup he's got. Any gear experts with a good eye out there?
