You've got a cleat and 3 eyelets at the top. Just slide the cleat through each eyelet, and then slide the hook through.

There should be a "u shaped thingy" as I would say, that is a couple inches long and sticks out. There should also be some metal holes and a little clip. Put the "u" through the holes and then clip it with the clip.
I hope I described it well enough.

The way I do mine is I do the one directly across from the flap with the hook last...the other two I do the one with the seam first...Just kinda my way of making sure the more durable part is exposed.
