New desert digi question

I have been searching around for some arid marpat. I came across 2 different companies that make something that looks different. Would these be considered marpat or something else? Sorry for not having photos I can't seem to load them on my iPhone sorry guys.

Number one looks like a Marpat knock off, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The second looks like it is Marpat, but the uniform is in an ACU cut. Provided your not planning on using them for military service, no one is gonna complain a slight a color variation.

Number 2 is a Crye Field Shirt, so I'd say it's a good bet that it's real. Number 1 is either Propper's ACU-cut, or a knockoff.

Ok. I was just curious what it would be considered I figured it was a knock off. I looked into that company more too. Seems alot of army serplus places online sell it and it comes in BDU cut ACU cut and found it in a FROG uniform and RAID style on eBay. it seems rather cheap for a full set.
