Try looking for "stretch fabric" rather than "elastic".

Its called elastic webbing. I only was able to find 2" sizes on google, but that's the name I found it under.

Scroll all the way down, and they have it in 1-2" and all your favorite milspec colors.

Black is a superleetdeltaninjacagfagJEDI color. That's why old gen MLCS stuff has black buckles and elastic. :P
