Another Noob

So, I am the Noob of the hour, day, week, you fill in the blank. My real name is Jason. I used to play another live action full contact recration game, but due to acions of certian other people, I no longer have a desire to associate myself with those type's people.

I played paintball a while ago and quit playing that cause well, I was shooting through 1-2 full cases of paint every time I went to play. At 50+ dollars a case... I just couldnt afford it.

I had heard alot about airsoft from friends and other folks. So I borrowed my brother-in-laws m-4 and shot the snot out of some targets in my barn and got hooked. I went and ordered myself a M-14 socom, my wife an AK-47 ris and helped my buddy get his G-36c. None of the guns are great quality, but they are at least true AEG's not Wal-Mart specials. 2 cyma's and a jg.
My buddies have started calling me Farmer sorta as a play on words cause I have about a billion other people with the same name ( extremely common) and I help run a small family farm when not working as a security officer.

I hope to meet folks with the same basic attitude toward any "combat" related sport as myself, If I win great, if not....oh well, try harder, get better, have fun doing so. If you arent having fun......FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO. Any questions, comments, concerns, complaints feel free to either comment or pm me. There is no dumb question, except the unasked one.

As james stated, we are both from newberg. If you're interested in joining a loosely formed team you're welcome (all us newberg airsofters have kind of stuck together) other then that I hope to see you at summer slaughter, we should meet up sometime (971-217-4846). Not sure how much I am going to be at Summer Slaughter I work Wed-Sat. I will however be heading south this weekend for the game down there. I am trying to make it out to Summer Slaughter early on Sunday though, to at least see what the field is like and possibly shoot some fools and get shot ALOT more then I feel I should lol

Good to have you here, Farmer. Love the intro and your attitude. I won't be at Summer Slaughter, as I'm still trying to squeeze the extra money to get new equipment, but once I'm geared up, I hope to see you on the field.
