New, Confident, Undoubtedly Bad.

Hi! My name is Truculent Monk, and I'm new to airsoft.

Just bought my gun last week. I got it second hand off a fellow getting out of the sport. He supplied me with a lot of gear (all stuff I would have bought anyway!). Nice fellow. Named Monty, but the mags say Hampton.

I'm hoping to see y'all at Scappoose next weekend. Me and a lot of ammunition will be happy to be there!

Also, quick question, what're your favorite snacks/foods to bring with you to a game? It comes with a stipulation: Sugar-free products, like jerky, are out of the question. I'm a diabetic. ;)

As a Fruitatarian I suggest just fruit and raw lettuce. It's a great way to clean your system out of all that booze from the night before.

Protein helps keep your blood sugar level, so bring some!
I like to bring Tiger's Milk bars because they have fast acting carbs and protein. Not super filling, though. You could always get those packs of crackers, as well. That's a good protein and carb snack. I'd keep a tube of glucose tabs in your gear just in case.
