Hello there, I have lurked around these forums for a couple of years and never really post much. I view Airsoft as a hobby that I would like to get into, but have some doubts of going deep into the sport. I play paintball currently and have owned low end Airsoft replicas for a few years JG echo 1. I notice that Airsoft, a lot like paintball is a weekend warrior type of game (understandable) and sadly I work (Warpaint international) on the weekends. I am not sure how common Friday games are.
With my schedule being the issue I am finding it complicated to get into the hobby and because so am afraid to spend more money to get the appropriate load-out.
I am not just here to complain, Airsoft looks extremely fun and I hope after some more lurking around I will find more excuses to join. Thanks for taking the time to read my introduction and I hope you all have a good day.

Not many games take place on fridays, most are on saturday and sunday. However with the summer starting up i will be heading to oregon airsoft arena a little more often so depending on where you're located you'll be able to airsoft at the indoor fields as much as you want. To airsoft indoors you're guns are going to have to shoot around 330 fps (not really field worthy) but you work during the main games so that shouldn't effect you anyways. Either that or buy a gun off the ap used market, or off riddick at blackwater and then just ask your boss for time off during the days that say summer slaughter is happening (july 14th and 15th.) I'm sure he'd be more then reasonable and give you a weekend off every once in a while.

Thanks for the welcome. Hillsboro is quite the distance for me to travel for a game, but maybe I will try.
