You can use what ever mags you want, unless the host of the game puts restrictions on them. Troy had a game where only standards and midcaps were allowed. At the CQB comp. we could only put 30 bb's in each mags. Most games don't have any restriction on mags. Run with what you want. Some people might call you a hi-cap whore tho ;)

I like the milsim, but I don't mind some all out shootin. And I don't mind some high-caps, but I use my lows a lot too.
We, the unknowing, who lead the unwilling, have for so long, done so much with so little, that we are now qualified to do anything with nothing.

My favorite would definatly by CQB, but I perfer mil sim style, realistic mag size, etc etc. We of course cater to both styles on our weekends, but personaly I perfer the more realistic games.

I like Woodland Mil-Sim. I also personally like Midcaps, no winding. :shoot2:

i would be in good shape for that. i bought a 10 pack of STAR 30 rouns low-capacity. notice i said low-capacity, not standerd-capacity. theyre plastic, but they work for me. i only have those and the high-cap that came with my CA.

I gotta go with milsim.
The only high-caps I have are ones that came with my guns. I like to pack my vest with a mix of Star Mags, Standards and Midcaps.
Changing magazines has only gotten me killed once, and that was because I was being stupid and changing them in the open.

Hmmm do people see it as unfair to use hicap's when everyone else is using standard?? I'm thinking (not that you care) that if your a bad a$$, or think you are, shouldnt you be able to get by using standards, and still give the hi cappers a run for their money? It does sound rediculos to use an electric mag in my opinion. I dont know though I havnt had enough serious time in the sport to make a complete argument, it sounds like a battle of old school vs new school a little maybe.

The reason I use hi caps is if my rifle had the reach of a Real rifle 25-30 rounds wouldn't be a problem but when a sudden gust of wind can carry your shot WAY off coure when your only shooting from like 100 feet away the extra ammo is just for aim adjustments and range testing. But I still think that 5000 round box mags are wrong. I'm a semi hypocrat so what
