I think they are trying to say: "Yeah, we rebrand, but we still kick a$$."
Which is dumb.

I have a ton of friends who buy e1 and LOVE THEM until their triggers detach, motors blow, gears strip, shells crack, barrels slide out the front of the gun, no magazine comes with the gun, the stock came off when they pulled the trigger the first time, etc. This is just with their M4's. My JG M4, M16, and Well nondescript sniper rifle are still kicking after 2, 5, and 3 years respectively.

I'm not going to lie, I'm lame enough to not read all the posts, but the first thing I thought when I saw the ad was that they are making their own rifle? Like a non rebranded rifle? I honestly didn't think the ad was attacking/defending anyone, just that they are stating that they may be making their own rifle instead of rebranding.

And Echo1 guns are made by JG in the first place (or at least most of them are).

Echo1 SAWs are phenominal, once you upgrade just about everything except the metal body, anyway.

shazaam THEM! I have only owned one of their "products" and I will not make that mistake again. Their M16 arrived at my door with rust in the outer barrel which I had to clean out. Also the inner barrel was bent in a s shape. Don't get me started on their 450 FPS CQC guns.

When someone buys a gun and has a problem, they will complain to everyone. Just because you've heard all the bad stories and your JGs work well, doesn't mean that it's a rule.

Echo1 guns, overall, have a better success rate and much better parts support than JG guns. If you bought an Echo1 and it broke, sometimes it says more about the retailer you bought it from than the company that boxed it.

Again, one gun doesn't define a brand. Just because JewishNinja had a bad experience with a single CA gun, doesn't mean that CA is a bad brand. If the retailer you got it from didn't bother to check the gun, and wasn't willing to get you a replacement barrel, then you missed out. Echo1 guns aren't supposed to be as good as CA or KWA guns. They're supposed to be a decent gun at a decent price.

If people would realize that you get what you pay for, and that inexpensive guns aren't better than high end guns, then we'd all be fine.

Don't buy a KIA and expect a Mercedes.

Commie, I never had a bad experience with a CA. I loved my CA SCAR and still do (even though it's with another person now). JewishNinja is the one with the bad CA experience. His SCAR was a lemon out of the box.

1. You guys are getting pretty worked up about a marketing stunt... evidently its working.

2. All airsoft companies sell garbage made by underpaid factory slaves. The fact is they are overpriced toys.
