I vote team names. You could always have people without a team have "freelance" or something witty like that instead of a user rank. ;-)

we have team names in the sig bar why do we need to have our team names twice. metals are kinda pointless, but still some of us are teamless. hint hint "bigfoot" who just got his first medal.
