Towards the top the PC is narrow enough where you can still shoulder a weapon off of the PC. If that makes any sense.

Eh, I pay for gas, car insurance, and two gym memberships... Not as much as most peoples though.

And yeah they're tightened now, I just had everything loosened for wearing sordins underneath but it got kind of annoying so I took them out and everything was loose.
