ASGI phone problems?

Postby Jebus! » Wed Jan 06, 2010 5:34 pm

I need to talk to ASGI before they can ship my order, but when I call I get a beeping sound. I tried multiple times, 4 different phones? Anyone else have this problem or know whats going on? I am calling the number posted on their website.

I have the same issue, two orders with 2nd day air and backordered items. They sent the packages without me contacting them a couple days after the order but I still need to get ahold of them in regards to the backorders. Don't know what's going on over there... tried many times throughout the day for the past 2. Just contact them via e-mail and let them know whats going on, I'm sure they will ship it as soon as you get a hold of them. ASGI is pretty good about getting back to their customers promptly

That would be **drumroll** a busy signal. Try back later.

From someone who works in online retail, I can assure you this is the time of year when phonelines get jammed up with people wanting to return, exchange or use a gift certificate.

They realistically have about 4 sales/ customer service lines and it doesn't take many over-anxious kids calling-hanging up-calling-hanging up-calling-hanging up because they think they'll get through quicker to shut a system down.

Maybe everyone else is having problems with backorders too, and is calling. Again, think before posting. Ever tried calling a radio station when they're giving away something everyone wants?
