they would have to sign their name before they play so i dont think a lawyer could change what the person agreed to before hand

Yeah, it is a great idea, but because of insurance issues, I would only let trusted people play on your land. Definitely not minors. Unfortunately, the human race is too corrupt and selfish for this kind of thing. Good luck on your field, though. A little far for me.

It's a good start, man. As to lawyers... you can be sued for anything. You might not lose, but you'll likely spend a lot of time and money fighting to win that lawsuit that you figured wouldn't happen.

Just a thought, wood, sheet metal, and structures are great. But then again a shovel and some hard labor will work wonders and give the field a non-paintball look. Building fighting positions, trenches, and machinegun nests take time and are hard work but can pay off big time on a field. They also change the overall visual landscape of the field very little.

The forest looks good. I wouldn't clutter it up with structures. Maybe one on each end as spawn points... A shovel and some sandbags would be better than half built death trap structures.

And cover all holes in those structures or you will have guys shooting from between them claiming they are not "blind firing" when in actuality they are because they can't see their muzzle.
