You either need to downgrade it or you can't use it.

The limits are the limits. Either modify your gun to perform within the rules or get a different gun.

I have a Mac11 that shoots 450. It has a bipod and a scope. Can I use this as a DMR?

Well, Kevin, if you put it on semi and chop off the selector switch I think you're good to go. ;)

Civilian Apparel would mean a shirt and pants right?

Well, you wear a kilt, too. Or go shirtless, I suppose.

Civilian means...civilian. Jeans and a T-shirt or dockers and collared shirt or anything nonmilitary you'd ever see walking around.

I'm serious about the kilt. I'm almost positive I remember an airsofter in a kilt.
