its okay, i will look forward to more updates and the such.
I think you should have covered the basic Bounding movement instead of the the "Flanking" movment, as the Straight bounding is a good move with a good amount of supporting fire. you can also use the bounding to flank.
A lot of people think its easy to lead frog, it gets easier with people that you have practiced with, but when you get a group of people that havent played or practiced together, then leap frog/bounding forward in groups more than 2(Battle Buddies) gets out of order and the fire team gets KIA very quick.
When you have 4-5 people bounding up on a target or Enemy position its gets really hard to kill the adancing force when there are 1-2 laying fire and 1-2 moving up. a chant that we in PLA have been taught to help us when bounding is 'I'm up, He See's me, I'm down" when you hit the ground, fire onto target. once the next unit or pair have finished bounding, they lay fire and you move. Bounding of each unit should not be done in more than 3 second lengths.
Good work, but i think basic Bounding movements should have been covered rather than the "Paintball Flank move" that iv'e seen fail almost any time.
The only reason i call it a fail, as there isn't anyone covering the flanking unit in his red zone as he moves up, so even if you have two guys covering form the front, the defending position can just wait and get the angle on him first as he is ready to shoot. If you have two units bounding, then he wont have the advantage of getting a lucky shot on him becasue that angle is being covered. He will soon be over run in matter of a few seconds, rather than the method of having people move from tree to tree.
I hope this makes sense as its so much easier to explain with people on field.
Looking forward to more updates!
