Are we to form our own groups of raiders before this game, or is it more closely related to a large force on force game? Are we trying to get our side (ie raiders, super mutants) an overall victory, or is it every man (or small group) for themselves?

Obviously you never played F1 or F2. If anything the super mutants in DC break the canon of the game.

We aren't allowing people to take caps off of the dead for this one, sorry dude. The raiders can, however, come into town under peaceful terms if they keep their weapons put away and any sort of gross raider gear covered by a shawl or coat. There will be things for you to steal, but I don't want people getting butt-hurt over saving up caps for ammo and then having someone jack their shit and having to listen to people whine and moan all day with an empty rack of mags.

I am now saving up caps to give away at the game. I was going to have them on me for people to steal when I died, but now that we can't do that I'll just give them away. So far I have 50ish.

I understand completely. Well, then, seems like all I need to make for this event is a foam war hammer (for smashing those raiders that get a bit too friendly), assuming that's alright.
