Wrong, motors can be one of the most effectives upgrade you can get!
A good motor will increase efficiency (BBs/mAh), trigger response, ROF and decrease noise coming from the gearbox, although the noise reduction coming from replacing a motor has more to do with the pinion gear shape and how it meshes with the bevel gear.
There are much more to electric motors than just magnets.

Buddy, you got to choice one or the other when you looking for a new motor. Unless you know how to take part motors to mix and match parts to your liking I suggest you pick ROF or trigger response (if you did you wouldn’t be reading this
