CHANGES: Combat engineer and radioman was taken out after talking with the owner. There isn't enough people for those two positions to work. Forward bases still are in. They will be preset.

WARNING!!!.....There is a chance of snow at the game so be smart and bring extra clothes and something to keep you warm.

I had a chance today to go out and meet up with the field owner and get a sneak peek at the field. I was very impressed by the field as a whole as the owner said it was about 50 acres total with a mix of areas well suited to game play. The field is level land with surrounding hills bordered by Gales creek on one side and private timber land to the other surrounded by former rail beds which are level grades and would make a great way of moving throughout the field.
The owner has went to great lengths to make improvements such as an outdoor area with a full kitchen, camping area and a covered area with staging area big enough to support a large op. In the camping area there is an actual restroom/shower facility which would also be suited for a large event/camping instead of porta-johns found at other venues. The owner has some trenches and rudimentary cover areas built and said that his construction background would ensure further improvements among them modular type structures/scaffolding that could be moved and changed up for individual games ensuring unique games. The improvements can easily be facilitated by heavy equipment he has at hand.
My one thought was what a great area this would be to play and excited that the land owner is eager to make it even better. The mix of open, wooded and surrounding hills/creek would great for having multiple types of game play and the field wouldn't wear you out at the end of the day.

I look forward to a chance to play this field is the bottom line. I was able to snap a few photos before it got too dark but unfortunately didn't get any of the restrooms and more of the outside staging area:

Could you change me over to the USA side please. I have no camo for the Russian side, but I have proper camo for the US side. You do know that ACU camo is not from the cold war era right? ACU is newer than MARPAT and MARPAT is not from the cold war era.

Yes i know this K3Spice, but this is only the first game. So its for anyone who doesn't have gear as well. Im going with the duct tape rules which will open it to more people. I just wanted people to do their best. This is the first game at this field after all.

We are in bad position on this, our most progressive Winter training is coming up so most of us winter types are dealing with that.

These guns are for rent. The price range will come up in time. Also there are now three Admins to watch over you all.

I'd like to be in squad 3 on the Russian side. I'm down for leader if that's ok, but if you don't want me to be that's fine. I'll be bringing jwip95 as my corporal and wonderbread as a private, and possibly 2 - 3 others on the russian squad 3. I'll let you know for sure when I get confirmation.
