I ran across .PDF copies of both these manuals in some old files of mine. I also have a .PDF of the US Army survival manual FM 21-76 circa 1992, The SEAL manual is an instructors manual which includes exercises to test skills and loadout requirements/pics. These are older manuals that should no longer be classified in any manner. Enjoy

Pretty sure i still have my hard copies of those laying around here somewhere. Have to dig those up and flip through them. Been awhile since I turned the pages on those.
